Welcome to Expertly ("Expertly", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Expertly mobile application and related services (the "Service").
Expertly is a marketplace platform available only in Israel that connects buyers with independent service providers for in‑person, face‑to‑face services. Expertly does not provide services itself.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Expertly acts solely as a technology platform that connects users. All services are provided by independent service providers. Any agreement for services is formed exclusively between the buyer and the service provider.
Expertly is not a party to any service agreement and has no control over the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of services.
Expertly makes no representations or warranties regarding any service or service provider. Service providers are solely responsible for the services they offer.
Any dissatisfaction, dispute, or claim regarding a service must be resolved directly between the buyer and the service provider. Expertly disclaims all liability arising from services provided through the platform.
Each service provider determines the cancellation policy for their services. Cancellation windows may range from "always cancellable" to up to 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Cancellations may incur a fee. Buyers who seek to cancel after the cancellation window must contact the service provider directly. Expertly bears no responsibility for cancellations, refunds, or related disputes.
Expertly does not process, hold, or facilitate payments between users.
Any payment for services is made directly between the buyer and the service provider. Expertly does not act as a payment processor, escrow service, or intermediary for funds.
Any amounts displayed within the Service are provided for informational purposes only and may represent estimates or pricing agreed between users.
Expertly is not responsible or liable for any payments, transfers, fees, disputes, chargebacks, or financial interactions between users.
Services offered through Expertly may involve in‑person interactions. By using the Service, you acknowledge that such interactions occur at your own risk.
Expertly is not responsible or liable for the actions, behavior, or omissions of any user, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or unlawful conduct.
If you believe a user is abusing the platform or violating these Terms, contact us at support@expertly.co.il.
Expertly may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion for violations of these Terms, harmful behavior, or legal compliance. Users may request account deletion at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expertly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
